The purpose of Rajeev Circle fellowship is to bring entrepreneurs from India and really plunge & immerse them into Silicon valley, so that you get exposed to interesting new way of thinking. Secret of silicon valley is a mindset of abdundance in collaboration i.e. to help others and the help will come back to you 10th fold. People really believe that and that is why this level of mentalship and mindset of giving back is present here. The people who come as fellows are stellar in their own areas. We don’t need to do anything but to put them in touch with the right people and most of them take things forward on their own.
