ASHA JADEJA SUPPORTS THE BATTLE AGAINST COVID-19 PANDEMIC THROUGH PROJECT X

Ultraloop Technologies is combating the Covid-19 pandemic through its brand new Project X which takes pre-existing UVC technology and uses cutting edge manufacturing and design processes that everyone can benefit from. It kills 99.9% pathogens(including COVID-19) on the surface of any object.Ultraloop Technologies is managed by Rajeev Circle Fellows Aditya Bhatt and Yash Bansal. Rajeev Circle Fellowship is a fellowship for changemaking entrepreneurs instituted by the Motwani Jadeja Foundation under the leadership of Asha Jadeja.

Asha Jadeja has been actively supporting the Ultraloop project through the Motwani Jadeja Foundation. The Ultraloop project has been done in partnership with Silicon Valley based AMB Industries Inc. with presence in Ahmedabad and Meerut. Under this collaboration, AMB Industries will also launch the Ultraloop series in the US and Europe markets. The Ultraloop project has also received support from CIIE IIM Ahmedabad, UNC, Duke University, Motwani Jadeja Foundation and few more accolades from International Universities.

The Project X team strongly believes that the use of their product can reduce the spread of infectious diseases and keep the public safe. The UVC is aptly absorbed by RNA and DNA bases leading to molecular structural damage via a process called photodimerization, which renders the Covid-19 virus ineffective. The product can be used in disinfection of surfaces- baggage in the form of goods at locations like Malls, Hospitals, Schools, Institutions, Factories, Godowns, Grocery Markets etc.

The Ultraloop machine has been completely conceived, designed, executed under Make in India initiative and is by far the most effective advanced machine having a success rate of 99.99% bacteria germination. The machine runs on a conveyor belt having UV lights completely protected from human touch and possible hazards of the COVID spread. It’s mechanism is auto controlled with least human involvement.

The company currently has pre-orders for the Ultrloop-X conveyer device from hospitals in Ahmedabad. They are currently awaiting FDA & EPA approval in the US and will be launching in the US & Europe soon. The technology is undergoing approvals at ICMR certified CSIR labs in Chennai and Delhi which gives them an edge over uncertified UV products that are currently in the market. The product is being pilot tested in Ahmedabad currently. The core team consists of four members who are working full time on the venture.
